We have designed and manufactured both semi and fully automated manufacturing and assembly line equipment to meet the specific regulatory and industry requirements of clients aiming to improve their manufacturing capacity, safety, and quality.
Our collective core competence covers the entire process, from system architecture to factory integration, which allows us to have a deep understanding of your system and provide unmatched support.
Our Discovery Workshops will help you determine if your idea is both technically and economically viable. If it ticks both boxes, then we’ll provide you with a plan detailing how to build it.
Our Discovery Workshops are interactive, face-to-face structured sessions with our developers and your key stakeholders. Typically spanning a full day, we use this time to break down and simplify your project, defining a clear set of goals and requirements.
The results of a discovery workshop will set the foundation for the entire project and guide the development and delivery stages.
In the following weeks after the workshop, we will create a detailed plan with actionable deliverables that contains the following elements:
You are free to use this report as you see fit. There is no obligation to work with us, and you are welcome to share this report with other developers to obtain quotes.
This section will describe the core features and functionalities of the MVP, focusing on the essential components needed to validate the product's viability and gather user feedback. The goal is to identify the minimum set of features required to solve the users' primary problems and to deploy a working product quickly.
This part will define the different types of users who will interact with the system, detailing their roles and responsibilities. It will include a thorough analysis of the user behaviours, needs, and expectations. Identifying the key user personas will help tailor the product to meet their specific requirements.
Wireframes and prototypes provide a visual representation of your product, allowing us to outline the structure and functionality. This step is crucial for visualising the user interface and user experience.
User stories will be developed to describe the features from the perspective of the end users. Each story will outline the user type, their goal, and the reason behind that goal. This helps ensure that each feature adds value to the user.
We will detail the technical specifications and architectural requirements necessary to build the MVP. It will cover the system’s functional requirements, including data management, user interfaces, integration with other systems, and security measures. The aim is to ensure that the platform is robust, scalable, and secure.
We will provide a detailed budget that outlines the costs associated with the development, deployment, and maintenance of the MVP. Alongside the budget, a timeline will be established to map out the key milestones and deliverables, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
Our discovery workshops are priced at £2,000 + VAT.
If you choose to proceed with the project and partner with us, this amount will be deducted from the overall development cost.
